It's Christmas Eve, and God has started to really answer my prayers for healing.
I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted on Friday, the 18th, and it was not the simplest procedure since all four were impacted. However, six days later I seem to be healing up pretty well (although I won't know full details until my follow-up on Tuesday), and my eating has gotten much less difficult since the start (I can't eat normally yet but I'm getting there).
Tomorrow is Christmas, and it looks like I'm spending a quiet one at home this year again. While I may go out to the movies in the evening I will probably rest some more. Yesterday was a pretty fun day for me however; I went out with Naomi and we drove up north to go to the mall and to try to find some more materials for a costume she is making.
You know, the one problem I always find with Christmas break is that while I have about a month off, with all the holidays and such in the way it always seems impossible to see everybody as much as I had wished. Anywho, I am glad to have a nice long holiday weekend free from work and I am really excited about the prospect of going shopping this weekend during the after-Christmas sales.
